Merged threads?

I understand the rational for merging the strut AD threads. But it is getting unmanageable. I mean 21 pages and over 300 posts.

I had a question that was related but I didn't want it to get lost in the noise. So I started a new thread to ask my question so it would at least get noticed. Now it is merged with the rest. I don't have a HUGE problem with that, but to me it is lost in the noise and I may not see a relavent response.

It is not a problem George. At the top of the thread there is a block to check that indicates that you want to go to the first unread message in the thread. So tonight when I logged in to this thread and did the "first unread" there you were!

I understand that, but to me some threads get "stale" and I don't read them anymore. I am sure others are like that too.
