    Re: Taylorcraft winner at Oshkosh

My guess is that he is too busy enjoying flying (in a beautiful Taylorcraft with oversize rubber feet) up in Alaska in the summertime... to be bothered communicating with mere mortals.

Congrats Joel!!!!! Your T-craft is a beauty!!!!! I went to sign your book and I couldn't find a writing utensil...pen, pencil, crayon etc...too bad you had to park way out in the South 40. Next year, I'll save you a spot near mine!

Good seeing you again and I'm sorry to hear about your dad.

        Take care,

        Suzy

I looked for you Suzy, I wanted to see your paint job as I think it is one of the best as far as style. We need to put a time to meet at next years show just so we can find out where every one is parked. Maybe nothing more then a listing of parking spaces at the type table, that is if Forest decides to go one more time.

            Larry,

I was one row south of all of the 195's, right at the beginning of row 84! Next time I will put my whereabouts in the camper locator box. I may be going to the Antique flyin (Iowa), Broadhead, or the Merfli in Mansfield, Oh. I'll let you know and give you my cell number so if you make it to any of these, you can see my bird. Also, if you happen to make it to Bay City, Michigan, that is where she is kept and I would be happy to show her off to you. It's not nearly as nice as Joel's, but I like her!

We saw you duck into the Taylorcraft Forumn tent and then out again at OSH, that is Brodhead and we will make the MERFI that is in MANSFIELD, it is advertised at two different palces in some publications. I may fly an aerobatic demo there... Blue Skies Forrest

If you fly over stop in, LL52 is Wilts RLA on Chicago sectional west of Streator, Il. Like I said I have fresh auto fuel on hand. George
