Over the years I've collected URLs of restoration photos.
Somewhere in each collection is at least one pic of a neat way of doing something, whether a jig for holding the fuselage,
or a tool for locating where the rudder cable intersects the fuselage covering, etc.
Problem I have is that I have to go thru each person's collection to see if they addressed my particular problem of the day.
And I forget were I saw that neat trick.
Was thinking of building some kind of index that would point to particular tasks. Rob has a good index on his site. For example:
Jig, fuselage, front: http://www.taylorcraft.org.uk/front%20rotate%20jig1.jpg
Aileron, spar fabrication: http://gallery.taylorcraft.org/main.php?g2_temId=897
Stands, wing: http://gallery.taylorcraft.org/main.php?g2_itemId=884
I have no idea what the taxonomy might be, but it might be a useful document.
Of course, multiple references for each index entry
Do it in MS Word as a table. Anyone wanna contribute? Does
something like this already exist? - MikeH
