    Re: seat sling

    That's too bad, Scott, about your sling. If I remember correctly they weren't exactly cheap. Good luck!
    Cheers,

      Re: seat sling

      Hey Everybody...I bought a seat sling from Wag Aero. Bad move on my part because it doesn't fit. Not even close (so don't buy it). I have an F19 and my buddy has a BC-12D. He checked the Wag Aero sling in his BC-12D and it doesn't fit there either. So...where can I get a seat sling that fits in my F-19?

        Airtex products => http://www.airtexinteriors.com/catalogue/slings.php

        They make them and I have purchased at least 3 and they were perfect.

        They are made a water proof rubberized canvas.

        I would not waste time with Spruce or others just go to Airtex.

          Re: seat sling

          I forgot to say that to the best of my knowledge B and F have the same fuselage geometry, seat sling and seat pads. and according to the Taylorcraft parts manual have the same seat sling part number A-A73.

          Check it out, page 13 => http://www.taylorcraft.org/docs/Tayl...anual_1985.pdf

          Airtex says their sling is for a B but it should be the same as F19 based on above.
