Fuel tank filler neck with tab

Well, I looks lsik O'l Harry put somebody elses tank back in my wing.. Trouble is it does not have the extended nesk with the tab. Any ideas out there?

Punt? I think you need a full conformity inspection.... How could you have a big tank with no tab??

Been asking myself the same questiion, Forrest.. I have no idea. The cap lock has fresh sealent inside the tank. It may have been changed out.
