    See the attached towbar picture, I made it from pipe fittings you have to tack weld the fittings to keep them from turning. it works fine

      What about using JB Weld or epoxy on the fitting threads as you put it together.......that should work good too, no need for a welder!

            Use half inch iron pipe and fittings,the wheels came from Harbor freight ($8) two 5/8 bolts and a coupling from Ace hardware for the axle, three five inch nipples, a 3 ft and a 4ft handle and a couple short nipples..
