I want to change from a wood prop to metal to improve High altitude performance. Do not seem to know where to look for prop specs.

Most of the catalogs like wag aero have manufacturer's recommendations for cruise, climb, and standard props. I think some of the manufacturers are online also.

check www.sensenich.com they list the metal prop 74ck-2-38 for a taylorcraft bl65. Hope that helps

TCDS lists that same prop model, see excerpt below.
