  • F-21B Rebuild

Well, N82092 is finally back home here on Johns Island, SC. After four years of seperation we are going through a few pains while we get to know each other again but we know we will work out our problems as we go along.

he first step if to inventory all parts so we know what we are missing and how they fit. What I ned is a picture of everything on the firewall forward, soooo, if there is another F21-B owner out there who can help us please speak up. I really do need some help to get this project started.

    Thanks to all.

    Hi Tom,
Glad to know that you have your F21 back. If I can help at all please let me know. I haven't covered the F19 fuselage yet so if you need any pictures or information I would be glad to send them.
    Best of luck

You could broaden your search as the F21A,B and the F22 and F22A should all have the same fwf.

I don't think they are 100% the same but let me know if you can use F-21A pictures as I would be glade to shoot some and email them to you.
The battery is in the bagage compartment on my "A" is it on the firewall on your "B" ?

                  Tom,
I have the fuselage in my hanger at the San marcos airport. I will be taking the wings that I have finished there and bringing it home in the next week or two and can send you pictures when I start putting it together. If you send me your e-mail address I can send you pictures as I put it together.

Question for the tribe. Looks like I havre to pull the leading of my wings off and put them on properly. Who has done this in the field and hoe do you do it?

I made new leading edges for the F19 that I am restoring. I have a few pictures that I can e-mail you if that would help. Also if you have some questions give me a call @ 830-935-2294.
