Hello George,
I have 2 different sizes of pulleys on my BC12D, and 2 different materials. The left side has the steel 3/4 inch and the right side has bakelite (ploy) 1 inch for the conversion addition. I think either size will fit and found replacements at WagAeo of Wisconsin. Be sure to measure before ordering!!! I like the steel pulleys better for external use out at the gear legs.
