Trim cable fairleads

Hello to the faithful,
My partner and I are restoring our '46 BC-12D and want to know if the trim cable had fairleads in the guide tubes that route the cable to the elevator. If there were fairleads installed, does anyone know of a source?

Yes there should be a fairlead/bushing in the trim guides. Mine are copper tube. Several in the tribe report good results by putting a short piece of hobby shop copper tubing into the trim guide and then slightly flaring the tube at each end to hold it in place.
