Re: lower rudder hinge wear tolerance
had the rudder bushings replaced today. The upper bushing showed a little wear but the lower was shot. New bushings installed and all is good.
BTW the size of the bronze bushings are 5/16" OD x 1/4" ID x 3/4" long.
