signing in

Don't know who to ask; I have to sign in every time. Is there some way to eliminate that step?

I signed out and back in just to confirm what I did. After your user name and password just checkmark the box that says 'Remember me' and that has always worked for me.

I just don't "Log Out" of the forum, at least when using my own PC. When using someone else's, I always log out for security reasons.

I used to have that problem when first going to sites that needed user name and passwords. Whenever you clean your computer and delete cookies, all logon info is lost. I now drag them out, clean the garbage cookies out and drag the good ones back in.
