  • N43122 on the ramp

snapped this shot of N43122's new home. The airport assigned us a spot on a ramp that is opposite the "regular" airplanes and there are no other aircraft except a handful of DC-4's and a PV-2.

Just perfect.... she's park away from all the glass panel tin cans and sitting amongst wings of the era.

A Taylorcraft is always the best looking plane on the ramp. I always get complements. Such graceful lines and curves...

Nice photo! Which airfield in Mesa? I have been doing some business at Willy and I don't think that is their ramp.

Mesa Falcon Field (FFZ). Willie (IWA) is to the southeast of FFZ by 13 miles or so

I Agree. I lived in the SW for a while and the NE (even the Mid-Atlantic) has terrible wx. My favorite quote is "If the OAT is below 98.6 you have to do work to keep up the body tempature."

I'll trade you, I was born and raised in Texas but can't stand the year round heat and humidity. That's a nice picture N74DV. Winston

Ahhhhh Graceful lines & curves, kind of like Patty Sue & Kelli-Belle
Windy, rainy, what a bunch of crap here in NE Ohio. Bruce Bixler just left the office, moved his Taylorcraft south for the Winter... way down to Minerva, Oh..

I think you are on the side of the field with the "regular" planes! Those big props are awesome! You sure you're not posting a photo from 1958?
