I'm 6'1", 225 pounds, but not chubby, I powerlift. My BC65 has an A-75 engine in it, with a McCaully metal square tip prop. I have flown it with my 250 pound friend in the plane and a full 18 gallons of fuel between the two tanks from my field which is at 4,700 MSL. The density altitude both times that I did it was around 7,000 feet, and we rotated in about 450 to 500 feet!
I would not part with this plane for ANYTHING !!!
