I need help from some of you t crafters. I am looking for a luscombe site similiar to this one. I have tried but cannot find one. I tried typing luscombe in the search but could not come up with one. thanks for any help.jim.
There are a couple of places to go to get Luscombe related help. As Jack said, Yahoo has several Luscombe groups. This one, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/luscombe-silvaire/ currently has about 520 members. This is strictly an owners group... no foundation, no dues. Just a bunch of like minded Luscombe folks exchanging their experiences. I'm a moderator for that group. You do need to become a member of the Yahoo group to read the archive of posts or to post emails to the group.
Another good source of Luscombe info is the Popular Aviation website. Mike Culver tries to post tech articles, manuals, service bulletins, etc. as he finds them and finds time. Lots of good information there. http://www.popav.com/Luscombe/
There is no longer a Luscombe Foundation. That is a very long story for another time. It declared bankruptcy in November of 2002. The Luscombe TC is now owned by Team Luscombe who run the old Luscombe Foundation shops supplying parts and rebuilds in Chandler, AZ.
