IThe upshot of my story, I think that there should be a easy test that everyone must take before entering public land where these type of animal live. not a hard test but an easy one, perhaps a flash card with a picture of bears, lion, pumas and tigers, elk, moose buffalo elephants etc. once you can identify them and and what each likes to eat, such as nuts and berries or MEAT then you can enter the park.

Seems to me that nature provided that test. Bad part is, if you fail, there's no retake.
