    hey gang...
Im here in Mi and Ohio mapping the great lakes for the month of july...and I cant help but wonder what it is like landing on some of the sweet midwest grass that is so green. Maybe a little early morning dew as well, so I am trading a fly out fishing trip in the "general T" in Alaska for anyone willing to take me up in their T and show me around...

              Re: looking to trade

just finished mapping lake erie today as the wx moved through....FYI, the liberty bell is currently in Sandusky, but traveling to keller field in Port Clinton this weekend. I took a media ride as I was bumming rides with the FO for rides in the king air, what a big ol bird.
Usable weight is around 27K in the ol B-17 flying fortress "Liberty Bell". I was surprised how quite it was on a buzz job on go around.

I'm on the east side of Michigan! Bay City, 3CM to be exact. Give me a call and I'll take you up! She is all fresh out of annual and has another clean bill of health! The only thing you will have to deal with is a girl pilot!

                    Eric,

Yes I am! I am going to probably leave in the middle of the week, via Chicago (yuk) to visit a friend before heading to Oshkosh. Not sure how long I am going to stay...I guess until I wear my welcome out! Are you going? Give me a holler if you make it there!

p.s. thanks for the ego boost!

                        George,

I may take you up on the offer next week! It looks like I will be doing the northern route to Oshkosh. Stop in Shaumburg or somewhere nearby and do up 6 flags...then head on down to your strip! The earliest it would be is Thursday but in all liklihood be on Friday sometime!

                        Thanks for the offer again!

                            George,

I know I met you too but I am awful putting names and faces together...not only that, I was nursing a hangover so I wasn't at my best. Anyways, my plans have changed again...planning on being at OSH Tuesday before the airshow...and staying until I get the urge to go. I probably will miss flying into your airport this time...but I will definatly keep you in mind when I roam southwest!
