Has anyone had any difficulty getting parts i.e. trim tab pulleys from the factory quickly?

In this day of multiple shippers and computer tracking the ole excuse "we shipped your order 2 weeks ago" just don't cut it anymore. I you don't have the parts I want then tell me so I can get them from somewhere else.Being
honest with your customers that you can't deliver is painful sometimes but
not near as much as getting caught promising the "pie in the sky" like Rev.Ike
used to do . I HOPE the factory gets on it's feet !! We ALL need a source for parts. I know it may be apples and oranges but Legend here in Sulphur Springs is getting close to delivering their 50th airplane in less than two years of production.It CAN be done.
