  • Cowl Bumps for Exhaust

I have installed a C-90-12F in my Model 19 with Cessna 150 style exhaust. I have had to cut holes in the lower cowling to accomodate the exhaust system and am wondering if the cowl bumps as shown in the attached picture are readily available for purchase anywhere?

To the owner of this airplane, I apologize for using this picture without authorization!!

I'm interested too! I was going to make new ones out of fiberglass or aluminum. I made fiberglass spark plug bumps and they turned out pretty good for a beginner! Bob

I am also interested in any guidance. I've drilled the rectangular 'boxes' off the cowl and am ready to make some like on the yellow bird. I've been admiring that plane for some time now!
