Taylorcraft Home Built Amphib

I saw a "Taylorcraft (Amateur-Built) Amphib. for sale the other day. Has an 0-320 160hp engine in it.

Any idea who makes these kits? Or is this just a factory Taylorcraft with an Engine and Amphib conversion?
