Rebuild website

I've been adding some improvements to my T-Craft rebuild website. I had to change the address and I added a new first page that has an index with an alphabetical list of links to individual pages. I hope these changes will make it easier to use.

Great Job! Bob, what a tremendous improvement.......everything is right at your fingertips now. I've used your site a lot in the past and will use it even more now. Lots of good information there!! I recommend it to every TCraft owner.
