Without knowing anything about your rigging I would suggest a check of your leading edges. Are they smooth, or are there large dents? Do the logs show if they have been replaced? If they have, and it wasn't done correctly, it could have an effect on the stall speed. It might also explain why the adjustment screws in the rear strut were maxed out.
How large of gap do you have at the end of each aileron? Does it stall pretty much straight ahead?
