  • F19A and Hydraulic Brakes

My mechanic called me this morning with exciting news. He told me that the F19A came new with hydraulic brakes and there are already part numbers at Aviall for bolt up components. He went on to tell me that all we needed now was a Service Bulletin issued from the factory permitting the owners of F19's to apply this to their planes. Does anyone have ideas or information that they would like to share about this?

    Re: F19A and Hydraulic Brakes

I talked to Harry Ingram last Friday. He told me that he is working with the FAA about putting together a hydraulic brake kit for the F19. He also said that if the factory supplied the brakes I wouldn't need to have a 337. If you are interested you might call him.
