Re: Traveling Again...MT
Lee, I wont be there, but a few from my chapter (Glacier) will be... State rally comes through Kalispell this year too. While you're that close, you should slip North and run through Glacier Park!!
JHI'm so far behind, I think I'm ahead

Re: Traveling Again...MT
What do you ride? My ultra classic is in Texas for the winter. I ride it to Houston every winter, then ride it home memorial day weekend. Went to New Orleans in Nov. on way to Houston last fall. Probably will come up 59 from Houston again when we come back. Wish I would have known you rode when I went accross I-10. Maybe next time. flyBIKEfarm GeorgeTF# 702 Don't be afraid to try something new. Remember amatuers built the ark, professionals built the titanic!

Re: Traveling Again...MT
Will be on our Bikes. Wife rides an '99 FXR, I bought a new Springer Softail in '03. Had an Ultra before that , and a Hertiage, before that. And well before that a bunch. Started riding before I started flying back about '51. Hell getting old. Can't ride as much as we once did. Need to pull a lot.
Kinna like flying. And other endevories, do it while you can.
ps: Tribe always welcome here, Flying or biking. (Have 1700 grass stip. South Centeral Louisiana)Last edited by Yellow Duck; 03-28-2006, 01:21.Lee

Re: Traveling Again...MT
Lee, make sure you at least make the run over Beartooth Pass when you're in Billings... My Great Grandfather pioneered that road...long before anyone ever heard of pavement. There's a museum in RedLodge that's supposed to be full of stuff about him (gotta take time out and go see it one of these days!!).

PS...haven't moved up to the "comfort" of the newer stuff myself...still kickin' and slammin' on the old Hardtail...I'm so far behind, I think I'm ahead
