You guys should certainly go for it, but I am still stuck here at work in San Diego. will be for two more weeks. Sounds like the snow will be gone by then, but the water will be out shortly!!!!!!!!

Alaska Tribe, we have the Vogel Cabin reserved for our use from noon on Monday April 3 till noon on Tuesday, April 4. Sunday night was already taken...!

I talked to jim and it looks like its a go so we should be there by noon monday. Weather permitting.. there must be some other Alaskans out there that can make it.

I'll try to be there. Sounds like fun. Have you been in to Vogel lately, Dick? I was wondering about ice conditions and if we'll need to bring in more firewood. Looking forward to seeing you guys. Steve.

Steve, I haven't been up there for over a month, but the ice is good here at the house. We will need some wood. If we each bring a bundle, we should be in good stead. Also, we can rustle some up if necessary. I will give you a call on the phone. We drove back from Wasilla last night...was snowing and blowing a gale up in the pass. I will try and contact everyone I can think of...if everybody does the same, we should have a good number show up. If anyone doesn't get contacted, don't hesitate to come on out. Dick

Alaska Tribe...Vogel Flyin is scrubbed due to WX...Mile visibility, snow, high winds in Turnagain, low ceilings. Will probably try again, if we keep some decent ice and ski temperatures. Dick
