Re: Grace Huntington; Altitude Record Set in a Taylorcraft
Hi Bob , I have been following your efforts to post this great story on Grace by her Son. To the Taylorcraft tribe this took a lot of effort on Berkleys part and Bob's part to get all information onto this link. IT IS great, I did the research of this ship before and think there is still another thread out there on the discussion group. I HAVE to go to FIRC class all week-end. Will try to post my stuff this AFTERNOON. Again thanks Bob & Berkeley. I did take time to skim it this morning, had never read the obit.........Great Lady!! I had copies of the letters from the factory in 1940...Last edited by Forrest Barber; 02-24-2006, 07:09.Taylorcraft Foundation, Inc

What a wonderful story. Now I am even more devoted to the two 1940 Taylorcrafts I own than I was before !! Thank you to her son for the great presentation of this and to Bob for posting it. What a story to share.
Taylorcrafts Forever !
