Upon further searching I found blueprint CD's at:

BUT, I have not been able to access them.

Can someone please tell me how to view these files.

        Re: Engineering Drawings

Nick is right. I tried to look at the blueprints and it said "Not Authorized". What's up? Is there some authorization required?

          Re: Engineering Drawings

          we had to remove them.

One or more people in Brazil were continusiouly downloading the entire set of images and it was overloading our network connection. This was going on for days and we tried to block them, they would find another way to reach us and do it all over again.

I tried to put them back on after waiting a few weeks and they started doing it again.

Maybe you can still purchase a set on CD.

thanks Bob , that tribe in Brazil does not have much knowledge of Taylorcraft and they are trying to build one again.... send them some type of internet worm or whatever.... They have that butchered up Tcraft, I forget the name, never joined the Foundation! Nick is in contact with me now!

              Forrest:

I would very much like to get the blueprint CDs. Are they still available? PayPal is good for me if you can do it that way. Otherwise, you have my credit card info there if that works better.

The blueprints are a great resource. Many parts are the same as the BC12D. I'd hate to lose the use of them just because some A-hole in Brazil wants to rip 'em off.

And I haven't been able to make sense of the index i.e. what is part of what larger assy? Oh, and could someone point me to the blueprints that show the tailpost assy? - Mike

                        Re: Engineering Drawings

Gary antcil sent a copy of the L-2 strut drawings to Univair, and Univair made a brand new set for him recently. So, if you are interested in a set of L-2 struts Univair will make them on request, or if you just want the blueprints then go the Foundation route.

                          Re: Engineering Drawings

Actually Univair ended up coming thru. First guy I talked to thought they wouldn't be interested, but he called me back yesterday and said they actually had two that would be finished being built early next week. I ordered both of them and will eventually sell my good one. They are supossed to ship mid-next week. Just for your info, they were $1,000 ea. (OUCH), but I was afraid they might not be an "exact" dup of my original right side. The odd thing is that they told me that they recently built 6 of the struts and with my purchase they have now sold them all. It seems as if there might be a market for them!!!!

Shhh. dont tell anyone in Brazil but we put the drawings back on the web site.

anyone caught downloading them 200 times a day will have to take me and Tucker to Fogo De Chao !
