  • Traveling to Tombstone AZ

Leaving in a few (now 07:30; Friday Feb. 10) for Tombstone AZ for a week or so, from New Iberia LA. Will be carring my laptop, and will be cking the site.

Great flying yesterday, blue skies, smooth air. Real nice. The VG's seems to be helping. Getting use to them. Did a few T&G's at my friends 800-900 grass strip. Used about half. Clean approaches. Touched down day before with a nice wind at about 25 mph.

    Check later.

wow, thats just around the corner from Patagonia. Hope you enjoy the area. You may find it a bit drier than you are used to!

We have a new resturant in Sonoita, by way of New Orleans. Sort of a blend of Mexican/bayou cooking.

Bob sorry I missed you. We had a great time in Tombstone, now in El Paso and then going to the Big Bend and on to Brownsville and the Factory.

Rick, sorry we misse you. But went on to Marfa TX and visited with Jim Allison. Had a good visit and saw the Marfa Lights. He is working on his BC-12 D and also flies a PA-22 Tri Pacer.

For you Clip wing people, he has an 0-320; getting ready to 0 time it. Has TT of about 900 hrs.
