  • Finished installing VG's

Finished the VG's, now need to put the wing root fairings back and clean up and go fly. But not today. As soon as the weather is good. I will report.

About a 10-12 hrs job solo. Another hand would do wonders. But not bad. The kit is very complete. Lets hope it performs well. I am not expecting a whole lot, but if I could get that 5 mph slower stall speed, I could get up sooner and land a little shorter. I don't believe it will be much. But what ever it is is good.

The second set goes on way faster . The ones on that Stinson took about 5 hours, not counting the painting, with just me, but I've installed a bunch of them.
Can't wait to hear the report on your flight and impressions.

Lee, Y'all be careful being the test pilot on that new aircraft. No low and slow untill you know what it plans to do! Could be it will surprise you.
