Can anyone advise me on an acceptable way to add seat belts with sholder straps to our BC-12?

Re: BC-12 sholder straps
I have the Hooker Shoulder and seat belts that I installed when I first purchased the Duck. Same set up as the picture.Made a slit then folded and glued the material to slip the harness through and around the tubing behind the head liner. Pretty easy.Lee

Re: BC-12 sholder straps
I have a 337 in my records for adding a large Adel Clamp type of attachment to the cross tube for the shoulder harness. If anyone wants a copy of this 337 I will be glad to make one. But it does seem that the Hooker method of wrapping it around the tube is simpler, and if the FAA consider's it OK then it's a no-brainer.

Re: BC-12 sholder straps
Another Vermont TCraft? In Warren, 15 minutes away? Amazing! I have Hooker harnesses in my plane at Shelburne. Stop over and take a look. About ten minute job to install them. You don't need any paperwork--they're approved.
