Re: Merry Christmas To ALL of the Taylorcraft Tribe
Christmas Greetings from our igloo to yours...! I don't know why my wife wants to live somewhere warm in the winter...this house is owned free and clear...we have a good runnin' Taylorcraft and a few bucks for gas. Of course conditions have been a a bit slushy. In any case, we send greetings to all of the Tribe, from here in Alaska. We hope to see some of you up here in the days and years to come!!
Celebrating Christmas as the Birthday of Christ... in the Great Land known as Alaska!!! Dick
We had a heat wave yesterday and today (50's!!) that melted all our snow, so it's going to be a brown Christmas for us. But my son who is coming from Fairbanks says he's had enough white so "bring on the brown"!
All, it has been a wonderful year. Yes a year with out my flying a Taylorcraft but with two under ongiong construction that will be resolved soon god willing.
Thank you to all for your fellowship here. Taylorcrafts are a part of Christmas with me. Its great we all share that common bond . God bless old all of you.
Happy Holidays frrom Los Angeles! Tonight we had a few people over for holiday dinner and test-drove our new turkey fryer. Dee-licious!
Wish me luck everyone, Tuesday is my scheduled day to test fly my Taylorcraft after a 6 month fiasco, repair, upgrade, and endless small delays. It may be test-hop before the tower opens unless I can find a radio... but nevertheless I am hoping to fly.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to others We are getting rain & slush here in Alliance. Worked a bit last night on the tribute to Ben Mauro, a fellow that was right next to C.G. on keeping things going and developing the Model Models 15A , 18, 19, 20 . I had a great evening with the family last night. Going back to daughter Mary's place with hubby Dave & little guy Daniel of course for Christmas dinner. First time in 38 years Patty did not have to cook last night more later probably Monday!
God Bless Bob, Ruth & Tucker for making all this happen!!
