      Same here! Happy Thanksgiving!

I intend on exceding the gross weight of my bird by eating bird today!!!

So......with that expectation, I flew this morning. BEAUTIFUL here!

              Re: Happy Thanksgiving

Just polished off a big ol fat juicy leg off the turkey. That and all the trimmings a few scotch and waters before hand and a couple of glasses of champaign along the way. Living in high cotton today here in South Carolina!!.
Was an absolutely beautiful day with temps in the upper 60s and not a cloud in the sky. Took apart one of the wings I recently purchased from Eric Minnis. These parts are going towards the regular length wing 1940 project. This particular wing had never been torn down completely in 64 years. Boy things get real interesting. If only they could talk! Gonna pull another wing up from the airport tommorow to the garage . Get it appart then one more wing after this then its send this batch of parts to my man that cleans and epoxies them with the Stitts white primer I am using. Here is wishing all a very happy Thanks Giving. We are indeed all blessed to have our health family ,friends and of course Taylorcrafts!!!

Happy Turkey Day to ya all! How about a little Thanksgiving dinner, Asian style? Notice the baby chicks on a stick to the right. I took this in a market in Beijing last month. Thank God we live in the good ole USA!

                  Howdy Tribe,

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was GREAT!!!! Flew early for about an hour and the weather and winds fully cooperated. I worked on the gyrocopter for about 2 hrs and got the new alternator in. My wife called about 11:00 and said time to get the turkeys out of the oven. Started carving about noon and then all of the kids and relatives started showing up and we wound up with a head count of 34. By 8:00 in the evening everyone was gone and the house cleaned up. Momma and I reflected on the day and we both decided we had much to be thankful for and this time we are going to do our best to try and remember it through out the year.

Happy Thanksgiving all and may you have many more. .
                  Best Regards

What in the heck are those things to the right of the chicks? Look like some kind of giant larvae. Oriental version of sweet potatoes?

I'd be a lot thinner if I had to eat that.
