Is the information an A&P gets from a punch test just a go/no-go decision or can he make a determination on how well the fabric will hold up for the next 10 years? - Mike, (who is looking at a $14,000 Tcraft with a 25 year old cover and wondering when I'm going to have to cover it)

It is a go / no-go decision as far as an annual inspection goes. It is also a go decisino on some rather spirited negotiations
