General T-Craft Queston

"Where have all the flowers - er Taylorcrafts gone"?
When I bought my T-Craft back in November 1970 (wind damaged-no engine) there were 12 Taylorcrafts on that small airport. There were 10 at another airport where a Taylorcraft flying buddy was based. I know of only three now and one of those is mine.

The reality is that they are pushing 80 years old , most folk only live about that long.

Agree, but while people pass, The airplane can last forever if cared for properly. Currently flying my '41 T and '29 Fleet 2. Both older than me.
