Looking for service letters #65 & 66

Got a question via email looking for copies of #65 & 66 service letters;
does anyone have a copy they send me? Hardcopy and I can scan it, or email me a scanned copy?

If you have any other service letters that can go on the web site, please send me a copy of those too.
