1) Find a used knob.
2) Replace entire throttle assembly .
3) Borrow the required part and have one machined up. I have three friend with Tcrafts so this may be the best option.
Call the guys at Columbia Airmotive in Troutdale. They have piles of stuff most people never see. 503 665-4896 It would probably help if you could tell them the size and thread count.
PS There is a Continental Breakfast fly-in Sat at Fly For Fun. It is a Northwest Antique Airplane Club event, but we let strangers in too, especially if you show up in your plane. I am going to try to get Sandy out of bed in time to get over there. If you go, feel free to examine my throttle if it will help.
