Re: Dope clean-up?
Howdy Mike,
Don't be afraid of MEK just show it the respect it deserves.(which is plenty) Wear a resperator-at least a class 2 filter mask with charcoal filters and rubber gloves. And ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS spread out any rags outside until the solvent has evaproated.(it don't take long-10 to 15 min) and be sure the cap is solidly on the container. Store it in an enclosed cabinet, preferably metal, and you should be ok.
Unfortunately, when using Butrates & Nitrates, I have a strong preference for MEK. Laquer doesn't do as well and the MEK can be used as a thinner for most types of glue as well as for clean up.Best Regards
