I just today decided not to buy N5123M. It was a tough decision because it is in such pristine condition.
After flying it I finally accepted the fact that neither my wife nor my best friend could get into and out of it. I don't remember it being so difficult when I flew one in my younger days. At the age of 75 I can still make it ok but both my wife and my buddy are arthritic and my buddy is really a big guy.
Ii is also very hard for me to see out the side windows. I'm 6'2", short legged and long waisted so it is a big problem. I flew it with the back seat cushion out but that was not very comfortable and would be impossible XC.
This airplane is so beautiful but I have to let it pass. I promised the owner I would help him sell it if possible. I have a bunch of photos. My email address is"egusDOTcATpokynetDOTcom" if anyone is interested.
