At this website I bought a slick and inexpensive rivnut setting tool. It should do Nutserts also -- I just have not tried them yet.

This tool doesn't get into tight spaces like the "pop rivet style" tool can, but this one tool does all the popular sizes of Rivnuts for dirt cheap.
