  • Trim Fairlead "Service Bulletin"

Here is a copy of the customer letter detailing the new fairlead design and installation.

I have the drawings for the part but am reluctant to post them considering how difficult it to get them out of Taylorcraft and their apparent reluctance to have drawings in the public sphere. I would be happy to share them privately. Anyone have a feeling for how to proceed?

That modification looks awful "busy" . Why? the original lasts for years. Mine is now well over 50 yrs... just don't turn the handle unless the trim cables are in the middle.....elevator neutral.....

I'm just trying to play with the cards I was dealt.

Don't tell me you had one of those laying around the shop. 8-(

I had ten of them from Alliance got one left use it for a "pattern" to fabricate when necessary. OR use the worn one & replace the copper.
