  • Phenolic sheet

    I am looking for a small amount (6"x6") of .093" (3/32") thickness L grade
phenolic sheet. I can find 1/16" easily through ASS, McMaster Carr,
Aviall, etc. but not the desired thickness. Does anyone know of a source
    for this?

    Thanks,

Carl, My Aircraft Spruce Catalog lists "L" grade phenolic (Micarta)...but not in the exact thickness you called for...however, you might order 1/8 inch and sand it down to the 3/32" that you're looking for. The Wicks catalog(1-800-221-9425) shows phenolic, but it was listed as cotton-based.

      Carl,
You may find what your looking for at, http://www.ralmark.com/
They manufacture pulleys for aircraft, so they may have or have access to a 3/32" product.
