Anyone own or fly one? I bought one sight unseen that was donated minus Suburu engine in Montana. I had to send 10% $100 1st deposit got it so I used western union for the 1st time. I was told Taylors last design & wanted an affordable kit planne he sold plans for. It was a 2 seat pusher. The gent from the charity called the next morning & said the 2nd person in line that didn't win wanted my phone # so I said sure. He called & had part of one & no plans & the one I was buying had a full set of plans so he bought it which was good as I called the owner who donated it & asked for pics the night before & was told the previous buyer didn't return the pics. I asked why, he said because he was 5'10" which I asked what does that matter? He said C.G. was 5'6" & built the plane to fit him, I'm 6'4" so I thought I was stuck with a long trip to pick up something I'd never fit in. The guy I sold it to was going to produce kits & owned a composite business & our deal was I got plans & a kit at material cost but it must not have happened. I did find a few registered & a picture. The fuselage slid forward to get in. So if you've owned or flown one let me know, Thanks!
