Re: Instrument Pannel
I have the last one Dorthy Ferris made. I purchased it from Forrest about 5 years ago(Thats what Forrest said when I purchased it from him and I have no reason not to believe him) Its fresh still unpainted . I will sell it rather reluctantly as I am not sure if there will (or are) any new ones available ...... now or ever again.....and what I have is not just "talk "or" might "or" will be doing "or "someday soon." Having said that please check with the factory and formulate your opinions. I will sell mine I suppose as long as it goes on a worthwhile example(ie "really nice" of a BC12D.) Please contact me off line if you are really interested. Best regards JIM

Re: Instrument Pannel
Another option;
There were some new ones made a few years ago. Well, not really. Someone made some rain gutters (dish pans?) that looked a lot like, or is that identical to, the tcraft panels... He might still have some extras, although he was making them to order at the time.
I am at work, and can't exactly recall his name. Dang. I exchange email with him a couple times a year. He is not on the forum, but is still on the old topica mail list. I feel dumb. Anyway ask over there too.

Re: Instrument Panel
Robert Please check your private messages and you may respond to me (or not respond) but if you do lets use the private messages . I really am not advertising this part per say and am only selling because you asked and MAY want it for a higher quality plane and/restoration. Jim

Re: Instrument Panel
The BC12D panel with the "dished" in top at the sides should be used on an "authentic" restoration with no additional cut outs. IF you only want a panel that is very servicable maybe think about an F-19 NOS panel. I may have some , the factory absoulutely should have them OR fabricate very easily..... pic attached. Re: Instrument Panel
Forrest, how much for the inst panel you posted? Still looking for right side brake assembly.
Also Forrest, where do we send the ten bucks for the Fondation. Received my deposit from Harry, so I am flushed (for a day or two, know I will need something for the yellow duck). Getting ready to start my annual. Plan on rplacing the exhaust system (with SS). Maybe a panel mount radio. She flies so good don't want to do anything to screw that up.
Been working on my Hangar (Barn) here at the house. Starting to come around.
