Skwentna Fly-In

Attention Alaska Tribe, it is time once again for our now famous annual Skwentna Fly-In. I hope you can join us NEXT SUNDAY, MAY 17 from 1:00-5:00pm at the Skwentna Airport for food, fun, flour bombing, and all things Taylorcraft! I will provide the brats and buns. Bring your favorite chips, drinks, snacks, and camp chairs. All are welcome, and Talkeetna attenders can swing by on their way home. Hope to see you there.

I plan on being there, hope for less wind than last year and sunny weather, or at least no rain. It's always fun even last year.

Jim and Scott, thanks for being the sparkplugs(Brats and flour) for the Skwentna Gathering...the wx was superb...no bugs...and the fellowship relaxed and just plain fun. This gathering primes the pump for Taylorcraft fun in our area of the Greatland. Great fun to touch base with the AK Tribe. Always look forward to it. Dick

I would have felt bad if you had to eat the potato salad with your bare hands...I'm just hoping the kitchen ladies don't count the serving spoons before I can fly back over and get to the knife and fork drawer...! Dick

thank you Jim for bringing food and the grill, We had a great time and I had Moose burger left over for lunch today. A great bunch of people to meet up with. The weather was the best you can ask for.
