  • Pics & Progress on Dad's Ragwing 170

I know this ain't a taylorcraft but progress on this one means progress on Crispy.....because when we get this one flying we can get back to work hard on Crispy, lol. Anyway. This is pics of our custom made panel installed with most of the insturments. We painted the panel and then had the lettering laser burnt into the paint. Same on the fuel valve plackard. We also used sound dampening insulation thru-out the cabin section.

Pretty Snazzy mister. I'm impressed. There's a Monocoupe out there with a red panel. I never would have thunk.

Lazer engraving is really a great idea, but most of the engravers I've seen won't accommodate a workpiece that big. Who did the work?

We had a local shop do it for us. It just barely fit in his engraving machine.
