Sunday was one of those perfect September days in Alaska! Cool and crisp air, sunny skies, beautiful scenery, and calm winds. I took off from OAK1 (Anderson Lake Strip) with no particular destination in mind and ended up at Eureka for lunch, Sheep Mountain for dessert, and several stops along the Matanuska and Knik rivers just because ...
