Len., CF-XSU Was not a one owner Aircraft, i owned it from 1974, till 1988 ,when i sold it to James Ray, i put 800 hours on it, i bought it from MR John Iles, in North ridge Ontario, who bought it some years ealier, it was a 1951 model 19 Taylorcraft 85 hp cont Engine, and metal prop,i have kept in touch with current owners, Grant Bailey ,sold it to Derek Morton, in B/C Canada ,whom owns it now, it was just a great preformer,i rebuilt it once, and, have wish i never sold it, i have a 1992 F22A Taylorcraft now, but that little plane could get out of places my new Taylorcraft wouldn,t,it is now under owner Maintinence ,so it cant be sold in the U.S., as they do not reconize the Canadian Owner Maint program,it also has the 2 skylights, in the top of the cabin, i had replaced them ,but Grant didnt put them back in, but the new Owner, put them back in, and is just doing a great job, of looking after it,he,s a real craftsman,i sure miss that little plane ,it had all the books from brand new ,if i were to sell my new Taylorcraft ,and CF-XSU, Came up for sale, i would buy it in a heart beat, but that just how things play out,but any was sir thats ,just a bit of history ,i have hundreds,of pictures ,rebuild pictures when i owned it, im glad to see a person like Derek own it he sure looks after it

      Paul.
