I'm away right now but I believe the manufacturer is Canadian Aero Manufacturing. Not sure what you mean by what kind, it simply looks identical to everything else I have ever seen.
Looks the same , the vg's are aluminum, comes in a kit with all the templates, glue etc.

I have the same on my cessna 172 right now. My 172 will get off the water much faster than
a 180 and even much faster than my Tcraft did with the 100HP. They work well and give( more importantly than anything else) better low speed control.
