Well, Barnstormers is a good place to look everyday. 85s are not as common but are out there for sure

Hi Jim.
Yes, I have been watching Barnstormers daily. Very true - 85's are not as common, especially one recently restored, but I believe one at a fair price will probably pop up eventually. I have also considered a Champ with an 85 but I have to admit that I like the look/lines of a BC12-D just a little bit more. However, almost anything with a wing (or 2 or 3) & an engine has been a thing of beauty to me since I can remember.
