Shinn Brake Adjustment Wedge Needed

The threaded portion of one of my adjustment wedges (see Figure 10 of Rober Lees' fantastic article "Care and feeding: Shinn Brakes) broke in half. While it threads quite a ways into the adjustment nut, (the IA says its ok), I'd like to replace it if I can find one.
